Q: Can you do work on Weekends?

A: Yes, we are happy to assist however we can with a customer's scheduling needs for weekends and outside of our normal business hours. See our normal business hours HERE. Email us at support@icsolutionstech.com if you would like to discuss your particular scheduling needs. 

Q: If we purchase our Security Camera system, will you still install it?

A: Yes, we do install what is typically referred to as "Customer-supplied" equipment. There are rules and processes that come with this type of installation request including a non-refundable Bench Test fee. Additionally, any equipment we do not specify or provide will not be guaranteed or carry a warranty through us. 

Q: Our WIFI signal seems weak, what could be causing that?

A: Your home or office may have coverage issues, which is typical if using just the internet providers equipment in a small office or home. You can try to improve that by moving the WIFI equipment centrally located within the home or office space. If that isn't possible, adding a WIFI access point(s) or Mesh WIFI could remedy this in most cases of signal strength issues. We can assist you with getting your WIFI improved or install a new WIFI solution. 

Q: Do you provide services to Residential customers?

A: Yes we do! We provide installation services for Residential such as Smart Home and Home Security solutions. We also provide installation for new home construction pre-wiring and Home\Home Office Networking needs. 

Q: Do any of your services and installations come with a Warranty?

A: Yes. Our installation workmanship and products we install and specify are covered. Additionally, we can offer a 25-Year warranty on new Cabling installations with our end-to-end solution! We guarantee and support our products and services regardless of the size or type of the project or service. 

Q: What Is WIFI 6? Do I need it?

A: You probably do not need to rush to upgrade to WIFI 6. It is something to consider looking ahead as you purchase new mobile devices or if you operate in a growing environment dense with devices that require WIFI connectivity. Keep in mind that only devices with WIFI 6 can take advantage of WIFI 6 capabilities. Adding WIFI 6 in a new installation would future-proof your wireless connectivity.
