We primarily support small to mid-sized businesses. Most of our clients have between 2–150 users, but we’re flexible based on needs.

Absolutely. We assess your current environment first and improve what’s already working before recommending changes. No unnecessary rip-and-replace.

Break\Fix= When something breaks, you call someone to come and fix it (Reactive). Managed IT= Systems and devices are monitored, updated and managed, typically remotely, to prevent issues and downtime (Proactive).

ASAP! Most can fall into normal best-effort scheduling and will depend on factors such as urgency, current workload, location or if there is a current contract\SLA established already. ICS can provide same-day or next-day service but would be subject to an Expedite Fee.

Our normal business hours are Mon – Fri, 7AM to 5PM. Depending on customer needs, we work weekends and outside of normal operating hours.

Yes. We can consider installing customer supplied equipment and we evaluate that on a case-by-case basis. There are limitations such as Warranty and Service coverage on systems we do not provide. Reach out with your specific situation and we can take a look. 

We serve Southeastern WI primarily but have completed projects and services throughout other areas of the state.

Yes! This is a common approach for some customers that prefer a certain manufacturer or have a certain design requirement for installation. This is looked at on a case-by-case basis. This is typically not an issue if what is on hand will fit the performance and installation requirements.

We do, but only on a case by case, limited basis. Typical residential clients are Home Office, Remote Worker, New Home Builds and Smart Automation. Please reach out and we can discuss your specific needs.

We keep things simple here. ICS uses Project rates and Service Call rates. For our Cloud-based services or Managed Services offering, those are typically Monthly or Annual contracts that have predictable, set costs.
