Can you install a Camera System we already have?

Yes. We can consider installing customer supplied equipment and we evaluate that on a case by case basis. There are limitations such as Warranty and Service coverage on systems we do not provide. Reach out with your specific situation and we can take a look.

What are your hours of operation?

Our standard hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7AM to 5PM CST. We do operate on weekends and after hours depending on customer needs. You can email us anytime at support@icsolutionstech.com

Can we provide our own materials?

Yes. This is a common approach for some customers that prefer a certain manufacturer, have a certain design requirement or may need to reduce costs on an install. This is looked at on a case by case basis. This is typically not an issue as long as what is on hand will fit the performance and installation requirements.

What areas do you service?

Typically Southeastern Wisconsin, but we can service all of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois depending on the customer need.
